We offer straightforward courier delivery across Singapore to get your pet essentials right to your doorstep:
🚛 Standard Courier: FREE on all orders of $60 and above. For orders below $60, a flat delivery fee of $20 applies.
🚀 VIP Express Delivery: Enjoy a FREE automated upgrade to our fastest express delivery tier on all orders of $160 or more.
⚠️Re-Delivery & Processing Fee: Please ensure your contact details are accurate. If multiple delivery attempts fail and the parcel is physically returned to our warehouse by the courier, a $20 administrative re-processing fee will apply to re-ship your order.
Note on Processing: Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Any orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be scheduled for the next available business day.

Free Delivery: All orders over $60 ship for free!
Currently, we operate as an online-only boutique. This allows us to focus on sourcing the best premium materials for our furniture and curated food brands while offering fast, direct-to-door delivery across Singapore.
We offer a variety of secure payment options for your convenience. You can pay via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. For local customers, we also support PayNow, making it easy to checkout quickly from your mobile.
We do our best to keep our inventory updated in real-time. On the rare occasion that an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you immediately. We may recommend a high-quality alternative or issue a full refund for the unavailable item so you can get what your pet needs without delay.
If you need to change your delivery address or item selection, please contact us via chat within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please note that a $10 administrative fee may apply for cancellations made after the processing window has started.
